Waterproof flexible RGB LED strip with 60 LEDs per meter.
Flexible LED Strip sold per 50cm. The LED Strip is delivered in one piece up to 5 meters. Example: If you put 3x 50cm of LED strip in your shopping cart, you will receive one 1.5 meter LED Strip. However, if you put 16x 50cm of LED Strip in your shopping cart, it is delivered as 1x5m and 1x3m. Etc.
You can solder multiple lengths together to create one long LED Strip.
Choose your voltage (optional): We can supply this LED strip in 12 Volts (default) or 24 Volts. See "voltage" above.
This LED strip is ideal for the handyman: You can cut the strip every 5 cm (12V) / 10cm (24V) to create any size you need. Moreover, this LED strip is extremely flexible and very narrow corners can be made with it. The power is supplied through the available soldering points, which can be found on the LED Strip every 5 cm (12V) / 10cm (24V).

This LED Strip is fully waterproof (IP68), and can be used both indoors and outdoors.
The strip contains 60 RGB LEDs Per Meter.
This LED Strip requires the use of an RGB Controller. It works on 12 Volts, so to connect it to a 110-230V power outlet you will also need a power supply. Please see the category Service - Power Supplies for this. The more LED strip you want to connect, the higher the power consumption will be and therefore the bigger the power supply must be. Look below for an indication of which power supply to use with this LED strip:
10cm - 80cm: Power Supply 12 Watt
80cm - 2.5 meters: Power Supply 36 Watt
2.5 meters - 4 meters: Power Supply 60 Watt
4 meters - 5.5 meters: Power Supply 84 Watt
5.5 meters - 8 meters: Power Supply 120 Watt
8 meters - 16 meters: Power supply 200 Watt
16 meters - 27 meters: Power Supply 400 Watt
More than 27 meters: Use multiple power supplies in combination with an amplifier or contact us for advice and price.
Note: Connecting one single length of more than 14 meters is not possible, due to loss of current inside the LED strip. For lengths longer than 14 meters, the strip should be split up and powered separately. Also please pay attention to the maximum current of your RGB Controller. Usually this is around 144 Watts. To connect more than 144 Watts of LED Strip to it, you will need to use RGB Amplifiers. Please do not hesitate to contact us for advice!
Using a waterproof power supply:

Remark: This LED strip is delivered on waterproof rolls of 5 meters with connection wire on each end. If you want to shorten the LED strip, or if you order a shorter length, you will need to solder new wires onto the LED strip and make the cut section waterproof again. For this purpose, the LED strip comes with end-caps. You can use glue, two component resin or putty to secure these end caps to the strip and make everything waterproof again. You can also order silicone glue from our website.

Kan deze strip onder een longboard?
Reactie buyledstrip.com: Ja, met de juiste (12V) voeding en e.v.t. RGB Controller kan deze LED strip onder een longboard worden geplaatst. Je moet dus wel plek hebben voor een accu/batterij-pack.
Perfect alternatief voor in de aquarium stukken goedkoper dan een nieuw verlichtingsbalk en stukken zuiniger dan een tl-buis

We zijn zeer tevreden over de snelle levering (slechts één werkdag) en over de volledigheid van het pakket (met eindkapjes en bevestigingsclips). In de ledstrip waren er spijtig genoeg wel drie defecte lampjes, gelukkig hebben we dit vrij gemakkelijk kunnen oplossen.
Ik heb deze ledstrip gekocht voor mijn Garra Rufa Spa (knabbelvisjes). Deze werkt perfect en geeft mooi licht in de hele spa.
Zeer goed product en snelle levering!
Ik liet mijn levering in België bezorgen, en dit was na enkele dagen bij mij thuis aangekomen. De strip zat goed verpakt samen met een afgeprinte kopij van de factuur.
De leds zelf zijn van goede kwaliteit, ook zoals de kleefstrips. Het enige kleine minpuntje dat ik vinden was dat er niet aangeduid is welk kanaal (R/G/B) bij welk aansluitpunt op de strip hoort.
Ik heb het product laten leveren in België en het was al na 3 werkdagen aangekomen. Het product is heel handig verpakt het effect en de kwaliteit is super. Een aanrader en kwalitatief zeer goed product. Ik heb het gewenste affect verkregen door de led verlichting.
net de RGB strips toegekregen en alles was mooi verpakt, ook goed op de hoogte gehouden van status van bestelling. draden zijn al gesoldeerd aan de strip en kunnen met de controller verbonden. alleen als de strip onderbroken dient te worden moet men solderen, maar dit gaat vrijgoed met de mee bestelde draden.
