1.1 How can I pay?

Credit card:


To pay with your creditcard, choose PayPal when checking out. Paypal is the biggest online payment service with 100 million customers worldwide. Whether you have a paypal account or not, you can pay directly and quickly! When you use paypal you can also choose to use a paypal account or your creditcard: Maestro, Visa or Mastercard.

Bank transfer
You can also pay us by regular bank transfer. Choose bank transfer upon checkout and all the necessary details will be provided.
1.2 My order status hasn't changed.
When you place an order with us and then pay for it, it can take a short time before the status of your order is changed to "Paid". This is because to ensure the safety of our customer, we check all payments manually.
1.3 Can I pick up my order somewhere?
No. We are an internet-based company. You can't visit us physically, but in most cases your order will be in your hands within 4 days.
2 Warranty
2.1 How long is the warranty on your products?
Unless stated otherwise, the warranty period on our products is 2 years.
3 Shipment & Returns
3.1 How is my order shipped?
Packaging: Small orders (2 to 3 meters of LED Strip with no extras) will be packaged in a small envelope box and shipped in the regular mail. Larger orders are shipped as a package. If required, we can use DHL Express for extra reliability and speedy delivery with detailed online tracking.

Processing your order: Under normal circumstances your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. The maximum processing time for your order is 5 business days.

Shipping time:
After shipment, the delivery time of your order is approximately 5-10 days. If you chose track&trace with your order we will send you a code which you can use to track your order online.
3.2 What are the shipping costs?

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

Delivery to address inside Europe 


Packaging: Small orders (2 to 3 meters of LED Strip with no extras) will be packaged in a small envelope box and shipped in the regular mail. Larger orders are shipped as a package. 

Processing your order: Under normal circumstances your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. The maximum processing time for your order is 5 business days.

Delivery to address in the Netherlands (Transit time 1 day):
Envelope-package: €2.40 incl. VAT
Package (Max 30kg): €6.70 incl. VAT

Delivery inside Europe by DHL Express: Available for Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Great Britain and Finland. The delivery time varies from 1 - 3 Days. To find out the cost of an express shipment, please go to your shopping cart and select your country.



Delivery to rest of Europe, regular post:
Envelope-package: 3,75 Euro incl. VAT
Package 0kg - 2kg:  9,75 Euro incl. VAT
Package 2kg - 5kg:  24,50 Euro incl. VAT (with online tracking)
Package 5kg - 10kg: 31,50 Euro incl. VAT (with online tracking)

Delivery time: 5-25 business days.

Delivery to address outside Europe:

Envelope-package (no tracking, no insurance):  6,50 Euro incl. VAT
Envelope-package (registered mail with tracking): 17,50 Euro incl. VAT
Package 0 - 2kg:  19,75 Euro incl. VAT
Package 2-5 kg: 36,50 Euro incl. VAT
Package 5+ kg: 59,50 Euro incl. VAT

3.3 Return policy

You can return products to us.

 

Please inform us by creating a ticket (first, log into your account, then you can open a support ticket).

Send everything back to us. You will find the address on the bill.

 

We will NOT accept the goods back if:

- You have attempted to fix the product yourself.

- You have not properly followed usage instructions.

 

When you want to exchange a product, we will send you a replacement product a.s.a.p. If you want to return a product, you will receive a voucher for the product's value.
