MiboxerSMZ2 2-in-1 Matter LED controller for LED strips (single color / CCT) 12–24V – compatible with Matter ecosystems

The MiBoxer SMZ2 is a 2-in-1 LED controller with Matter over Thread support. Matter over Thread is the latest standard in smart home products. By using a hub/gateway that supports Matter, you are no longer tied to a single brand’s app, but can mix different apps or easily switch between apps whenever you want. Pairing the app is very simple and Matter operates in a robust and reliable way.

Suitable for single color and dual white
This controller is 2-in-1 and is suitable for single color LED strips (white, warm white, or any other single color LED strip) or dual white / CCT LED strips where the color temperature can be adjusted. Not suitable for RGB, RGBW or RGBCCT.

Suitable for Matter compatible hub/gateway
The controller works within Matter ecosystems such as Apple Home, Google Home and Samsung SmartThings. This is done via a compatible Matter hub or controller. Please note: Without such a hub, control via app or voice is not possible. Even with Matter, a hub / gateway is required.

The connection is standard for this type of controller: 12–24V DC power supply and direct connection to LED strips. Installation is comparable to other LED controllers in this class, without any unusual differences in wiring or configuration.

For installers, this type is particularly interesting when RGB is not needed and when working with Matter instead of traditional Zigbee or RF systems.
